Welcome to the AARP Foundation WorkSearch Assessment System website. Our goal is to help you determine your job interests and work skills so that we can match you with the best possible job in your community. We will also identify for you any skill gaps you may have and the training available to help you close those gaps.

One of the programs within our larger WorkSearch is the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP). If you are 55 or older, if your income for the last year is not above our guidelines, and if we have a community location near you, you could be eligible for paid training on that program.
